    AFTER your travel to Poitiers (with ordre de mission):
    • Provide Karine LOMBARD following receipts:
      • hotel bill,
      • train tickets,
      • flight tickets and boarding passes,
      • local/public transport tickets,
      • and other travel related receipts
      All these receipts must be provided even if there were already ordered and payed by us.

    BEFORE your travel to Poitiers:
    • Provide Karine LOMBARD following informations for the "ordre de mission" (OM) one month in advance. Without that OM, no reimbursement is possible.
      • The forum of your visit, e.g. Institute seminar (Laurent CORDIER), ANR Chair of Excellence TUCOROM (Bernd NOACK), ANR CORMORED (Laurent CORDIER), EU ORINOCO (Peter JORDAN), ...
      • Family name
      • First name
      • Birth date
      • Nationality
      • Position, e.g. PhD student, research engineer, professor
      • Affiliation, e.g. Berlin Institute of Technology, Germany
      • Complete business address
      • Complete private address (in case your tickets shall be send to it)
      • E-mail
      • IBAN, SWIFT code, name of the bank, and address of the bank
      • Begin and end of your travel. The approximate time is needed if we agreed to arrange your travel. In this case we also pay the travel. The date is needed in any case.
      • Intended travel vehicle: train or airplane
    • Additional rules for French and non-European residents.
      • French residents have more complicated rules, see Laurent CORDIER's web page.
      • Non-European residents need a clearance of CNRS for visiting the lab (CEAT). This has to be requested at minimum one month in advance. The clearance requires in addition to OM data:
        • A short CV
        • Your birth place.
        The clearance is handled by Pierrette AUZANNEAU.
      • Non-European residents might need a visa.

    Employment

    • Employment as PostDoc or Researcher
      • Action items for us (CEAT):
        • Fill out the employment request form provided by CNRS http://www.dgdr.cnrs.fr/mpr/pratique/default.htm. Klick the link 'Ressources humaines' (top left) and from there the sublink 'Recrutement ou accueil des personnels non permanents'.
        • Contact Pierrette AUZANNEAU with a CV of the candidate
      • Documents needed from the candidate (at least two months in advance):
        • Starting point is the information form 'Fiche de renseignements'. This form is provided under http://www.dgdr.cnrs.fr/mpr/pratique/RH/docs/PDF/F_RH_renseigne.pdf. You can navigate to this form following the advice for the employment request.
        • Copy of your passport
        • Bank account information (in French: RIB)
        • The French carte vitale corresponds to the combined health- and retirement insurrance.
        • Curriculum vitae. The main interest is your employment/work history.
        • Copy of the PhD diplome.
        • Copy of the certificate for the French (?) military service (generally not needed).
        • Birth certificate containing the names of your parents.
